These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and the operator of the 1rokok platform ("1rokok", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://1rokok.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and 1rokok.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

To open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 1rokok enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement in line with international online gaming standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities. Players found to be underage will have their accounts closed and any funds handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across all associated accounts.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through 1rokok or through any external responsible gambling programme.
5. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, agent, director, or immediate family member of any such person employed by 1rokok or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors, where such registration would create a conflict of interest.

1rokok reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension pending verification.

When completing the Account registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. You undertake to update this information promptly whenever it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 1rokok shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

1rokok reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. This KYC process may require submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. The Platform's support team will guide you through the documentation requirements.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise expressly stated. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and individual method limits:

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 unless a specific payment method prescribes a different minimum. Processing times vary by method: e-wallet deposits are generally credited instantly; bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically processed within five to ten (5–10) minutes; cryptocurrency deposits require on-chain confirmation and are typically credited within fifteen to thirty (15–30) minutes following network confirmation, though this cannot be guaranteed due to blockchain network conditions beyond 1rokok's control.

1rokok does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors or banks may apply their own transaction fees, for which 1rokok accepts no responsibility.

1rokok offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% per MYR wagered, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published per promotion.
3. Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used or whose Wagering Requirements are not satisfied within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
5. Abuse Prevention: 1rokok reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in systematic exploitation of promotional terms, bonus arbitrage, or any other form of promotional abuse. Suspected abuse may be referred to our fraud prevention team for investigation.
6. Birthday Bonus: Birthday bonuses are tiered by VIP level. Bronze tier members receive MYR 188; Silver, MYR 388; Gold, MYR 888; and VIP members, MYR 2,688. Eligibility requires account activity within the relevant qualifying period as stated in the promotion terms at time of award.
7. Referral Rewards: Players who successfully refer a new registrant under the 1rokok referral programme receive MYR 38 per qualifying referral, subject to the referred player completing registration, satisfying minimum deposit requirements, and meeting minimum wagering conditions. There is no cap on the number of qualifying referrals, and rewards have no stated expiry provided the referring account remains in good standing.

All casino games offered on the Platform use software incorporating a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG ensures that each game round is statistically independent of all previous rounds. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee outcomes on any individual session or session series.

For sports betting markets — including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, English Premier League (EPL) matches, UEFA Champions League, UFC events, and other markets — the following rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 1rokok reserves the right to restrict, refuse, or limit bets at its discretion, including on markets where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Bets that have been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error may be voided by 1rokok without prior notice.
• In-play bets are settled based on the officially confirmed result of the relevant governing body. Where a result is subject to formal appeal or review at the time of settlement, 1rokok may withhold settlement pending confirmation.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not resumed within a specified period, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific market rules state otherwise.

Decisions made by 1rokok in relation to game results, bet settlement, and the resolution of disputes are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Clause 13 of these Terms.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the Platform:

1. Creating multiple Accounts, or using another person's Account, for any purpose.
2. Providing false or misleading registration information, or impersonating another person.
3. Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
4. Employing any software, artificial intelligence, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human gameplay.
5. Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
6. Exploiting any software vulnerability, glitch, or error in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from a known or suspected glitch are subject to forfeiture.
7. Using the Platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, where 1rokok's licensing does not extend, or where 1rokok has expressly excluded access.
8. Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing toward 1rokok staff or other Platform users.
9. Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, responsible gambling, or technical safeguard implemented on the Platform.

Breach of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 1rokok reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this clause, to forfeit all balances where permitted by law, and to report any suspected criminal conduct to the relevant authorities.

1rokok is firmly committed to promoting a responsible gambling environment. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes only and is not intended to be a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. All Players are strongly encouraged to gamble responsibly and within their personal means.

The following tools are available to all registered Players and can be accessed through the Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take immediate effect; requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. During the exclusion period, the Account will be closed and re-registration attempts will be declined.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure time-based notifications to remind them of the duration of their active session.

Players under the age of twenty-one (21) are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platform. 1rokok implements age verification measures as part of the registration and withdrawal process.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall arrangement thereof — is the property of 1rokok or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 1rokok.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1rokok's aggregate liability to any Player for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1rokok shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform;
• Losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or network operators;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from a failure on your part to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

1rokok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Account activity that 1rokok reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players;
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 1rokok support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account (net of any non-qualifying Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via an eligible payment method, subject to completion of KYC and confirmation that no outstanding disputes or withdrawal holds apply.

In the event that a Player wishes to raise a dispute regarding any aspect of their Account, a game result, a promotion, or a financial transaction, the Player must follow the procedure set out below:

1. Step 1 — Internal Complaint: The Player must first submit a formal written complaint to 1rokok's support team, providing full details of the issue including Account username, the date and nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. 1rokok will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of Step 1, they may request escalation to 1rokok's compliance team. The compliance review will be conducted within a further fifteen (15) business days from the date of escalation.
3. Step 3 — External Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following the internal escalation process, the Player may seek redress through an independent alternative dispute resolution body where available under 1rokok's licensing framework. Details of the applicable body are available on request from our support team.

All disputes are to be raised in English. Disputes raised more than ninety (90) days after the event giving rise to the dispute may not be accepted for review.

1rokok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Players via the email address registered to their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

The current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page with the effective date displayed prominently. We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1rokok holds its primary operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the procedure set out in Clause 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 1rokok from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in order to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other legitimate business interests.
